Our priorities

Helping vulnerable people is at the core of what we do. We strengthen communities in the wake of natural disasters. We support them in their health promotion, social integration and rescue work. We do this by calling on our extensive knowledge and international network. Knowledge we are happy to share within Switzerland and around the world. For greater humanity.

Health
We work in Switzerland and in about 30 other countries to ensure better access to healthcare. Our goal is to maintain, promote or restore good health for everyone.
Disasters
The Red Cross is ready to help whenever disaster strikes. Its 16 million volunteers can be deployed before, during or after a natural disaster.
Migration and displacement
We follow developments in the migration sector and are committed to supporting and protecting migrant populations.
